UPAYA PENINGKATAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI MENGGUNAKAN METODE LATIHAN PLYOMETRIC DENGAN MODEL CIRCUIT TRAINING
Abstract
Latihan plyometric ini menggabungkan model circuit training sebagai variabel pada penelitian ini, dikarenakan metode ini melibatkan serangkaian stasiun yang dilakukan secara berurutan dengan sedikit ataupun tanpa jeda antar stasiun. Peneliti memiliki tujuan utama yang ingin mengetahui efektivitas dari metode latihan Ploymetric dengan model latihan circuit training dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai pemain bola voli fase Train to train usia 12-16 tahun. Menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest dengan pra-experimental design menjadi jenis penelitiannya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain bola voli Active Movement Volleyball School menggunakan teknik Purposif Sampling, sehingga data yang didapatkan sebanyak 27 pemain putra dan putri yang berusia 12-16 tahun. Pengujian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan diproses menggunakan SPSS statistic for windows. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, dapat ditentukan bahwa hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari metode latihan plyometric dengan model circuit training unutk meningkatkan power otot tungkai.
