Jurnal Lahan Pertanian Tropis (JLPT)-Journal of Tropical Agriculture Land (journal initial JLPT: e-ISSN 2962-6609) published by the Department of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, in collaboration with Indonesian Soil Science Society (HITI), Regional Commisariat of Special Region of Gorontalo. his journal contains original research articles on aspects of:

• Soil physics, and soil conservation
• Soil chemistry, soil fertility, and plant nutrients
• Soil biology, soil biotechnology, soil reclamation and remediation
• Clay mineralogy, pedogenesis, and soil classification
• Edaphology, agroclimatology, and environment
• Soil surveys and land evaluation, land use planning
• Land degradation, agroforestry, and watershed management.

This journal is published in one volume a year and each volume consists of two editions, namely the July and December editions.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
