Pemanfaatan Larutan Meniran (Phyllanthus niruri) terhadap Daya Tetas Telur serta Kelangsungan Hidup Larva pada Ikan Mas Koi (Cyprinus carpio)

Abstract


This study aimed to determine the utilization of (Phyllanthus Niruri) solution at various soaking times for hatchability and survival of 14-day old koi carp fish larvae (Cyprinus carpio). The research method used was the experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), four treatments and three replications.The results showed that the highest hatchability of koi fish eggs was found in treatment B (20 minutes soaking) 85.34% then treatment A (10 minutes soaking time) 84.96%, treatment C (30 minutes soaking time) 77.57 % and lowest in treatment D (control) was 63.82%. Based on the ANOVA Fcount test 220.10> Ftable at the level of 1% equals 7.59 and the results of the BNT test, treatment B is significantly different from treatment D, B and C, B and A. While the highest survival of koi carp is in treatment C (soaking time of 30 minutes) 99.22%, treatment A (10 minutes soaking) 97.83%, then treatment B (soaking 20 minutes) 94.39% and the lowest treatment D (control) 93.43%. Based on the ANOVA test, the Fcount value of 1084.94> Ftable at the level of 1% is equal to 7.59) and the BNT results, treatment C is significantly different from the treatment D, C,and B, C and A.
