Pengaruh Penambahan Probiotik pada Pakan FFF-999 dengan Dosis Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Benih Ikan Nila

Abstract


This study aimed to determine the effect of probiotics on FFF-999 feed on the growth and survival of Nile tilapia seed (Oreochromisniloticus). The research design used was an experimental randomized complete design method with three repetitions in each test group. Tests were carried out by giving a feed with a mixture of probiotics at different doses. The results revealed that the growth values of absolute length and absolute weight of Nile tilapia seed were different, such as treatment A (control) ie absolute length (0.889 cm) and absolute weight (0.819 gr) treatment B (10 ml/kg feed) ie absolute length (1.010 cm) and absolute weight (0.884 gr), treatment C (20 ml / kg of feed) which are absolute length (1.097 cm) and absolute weight (1.027 gr) and treatment D (30 ml/kg feed) ie absolute length (1,832 cm) and absolute weight (1,895 gr) while the viability (synthesis) of treatment A (control) Nile tilapia was 73.3%, treatment B (10 ml/kg of feed) was 70%, treatment C (20 ml/kg of feed) was 66.7% and treatment D (30 ml/kg of feed) was 43.3%. Data analysis was performed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of variance analysis (ANOVA) showed that the treatment of probiotics with different doses on FFF-999 feed on growth and viability on Nile tilapia seed (Oreochromisniloticus) gave a significant effect on each treatment. Water quality parameters during the study were still in normal conditions for the growth and life of Nile tilapia seed.
