Komposisi dan Keanekaragaman Lamun di Desa Lamu | Composition and diversity of seagrass in Lamu Village.
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi dan keanekaragaman lamun di Perairan Teluk Tomini Desa Lamu Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Maret 2016 sampai Bulan November 2016. Lokasi penelitian dibagi menjadi tiga stasiun penelitian dan metode yang digunakan adalah metode line transect dengan menggunakan plot ukuran 1m x 1m. Analisis data meliputi komposisi jenis dan keanekaragaman jenis lamun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Jenis Cymodocea rotundata memiliki nilai komposisi tertinggi (80,05%) dan Halophilas pinulosa memiliki nilai komposisi terendah (0,05%) pada ketiga stasiun penelitian dan nilai indeks keanekaragaman lamun pada Stasiun I (0,24), Stasiun II (0,41), Stasiun III (0,31) dan secara keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai indeks keanekaragaman lamun di lokasi penelitian masuk dalam kategori keanekaragaman rendah.
This study aims to determine the composition and diversity of seagrass in Tomini Bay Waters, Lamu Village, Batudaa Subdistrict, Gorontalo District. This research was conducted in March 2016 to November 2016. The research location was divided into three research stations and the method used was the line transect method using a plot of 1m x 1m size. Data analysis includes species composition and seagrass diversity.
