Pengaruh Pengelolaan Kelas Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Bolaang Mongondow Utara

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of classroom management on students' learning motivation in the Integrated Social Science subject of class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive method, and a sample size of 71 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Then, the data analysis technique used simple regression. The result shows that there is a positive and significant effect between classroom management on students' learning motivation in Integrated Social Science subject at SMP Negeri 1 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. The coefficient of determination from previous regression model is 0,341, which means that 34,1% of the variation in learning motivation is explained by classroom management in learning activities. In other words, the better the classroom management used by the teachers, the higher the students' learning motivation. In addition, students who are motivated or affected by other variables not examined in this study are 65,9
