PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW DENGAN MEDIA POWER POINT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN DASAR-DASAR MANAJEMEN PERKANTORAN DAN LAYANAN BISNIS KELAS X MPLB DI SMK NEGERI 1 SUWAWA KABUPATEN BONE BOLANGO

Abstract


This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Grade X MPLB students at SMK Negeri 1 Suwawa, Bone Bolango Regency, in the subject of Fundamentals of Office Management and Business Services through the implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model using PowerPoint as a medium. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), conducted in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 25 students in Grade X MPLB. The analyzed data includes students' learning outcomes obtained at the end of each cycle, as well as observations of students' activities during the learning process.  The results of the study indicate an improvement in students' learning outcomes from the initial observation to Cycle II. In the initial observation, only 9 students (36%) achieved mastery, while 16 students (64%) had not yet reached mastery. After implementing the Jigsaw learning model in Cycle I, the number of students who achieved mastery increased to 17 students (68%), while 8 students (32%) were still below the mastery threshold. In Cycle II, one student was absent, so out of the 24 students who participated in the evaluation, 22 students (92%) achieved mastery, whereas 2 students (8%) had not yet reached mastery.  This improvement demonstrates that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can enhance students' learning outcomes and exceed the predetermined performance indicator, which requires at least 80% of students to achieve mastery. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model using PowerPoint is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in the subject of Fundamentals of Office Management and Business Services.
