KONTRIBUSI ENTREPRENEURIAL PASSION DAN SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION SISWA SMK TEKNIK PEMESINAN

Abstract


Kurikulum SMK membekali siswa dengan kewirausahaan melalui mata pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan, tetapi belum maksimal dalam menyiapkan lulusan yang memiliki intensi berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis: (1) kontribusi entrepreneurial passion terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (2) kontribusi self-efficacy terhadap entrepreneurial intention, (3) kontribusi entrepreneurial passion dan self-efficacy simultan terhadap entrepreneurial intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis survei yang  dilaksanakan tahun 2021 pada SMK kompetensi teknik pemesinan di Provinsi Gorontalo. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 162 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 118 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup dan hasilnya dianalisis dengan teknik deksriptif kuantitatif dan regresi. Penelitian ini berkesimpulan bahwa: (1)  entrepreneurial passion berkontribusi positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan sebesar 31,7%, (2) self-efficacy berkontribusi positif terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan sebesar sebesar 12,1%, dan (3) entrepreneurial passion dan self-efficacy secara simultan berkontribusi positif sebesar 41,2% terhadap entrepreneurial intention siswa SMK Teknik Pemesinan.
