Transformasi Digital dan Ketahanan UMKM: Systematic Literature Review (SLR)

Nofi Puji Lestari, Zuyyina Choirunissa

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the relationship between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) resilience and digital transformation using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. We analyzed 20 scholarly articles published between 2022-2024, with the majority indexed in Q1 and Q2 Scopus journals. According to the findings, digital transformation is a crucial factor in increasing the resilience of MSMEs, especially when dealing with crises like the COVID-19 pandemic. Collaboration, innovation capabilities, government policies, and paradoxical leadership were identified as key elements supporting SME resilience. The study concludes that while the digital transformation is critical to SMEs resilience, several areas still requiring further research, including the specific mechanisms of collaboration and innovation, the long-term impact of government digital transformation policies, and the role of organizational learning in supporting digital transformation and SME resilience. These findings provide significant insights and a research agenda to develop existing literature and strengthen future business practices.
