Peran Job Training , Reward, Dan Job Discipline Dalam Meningkatkan Work Achievement di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan

Abstract


This study aims to determine the impact of Job Training, Reward, and Job Discipline on Work Achievement, both simultaneously and partially. Using an associative approach with a sample of 87 respondents from PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional I Medan, determined by Slovin's formula with 10% precision, data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS with coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results indicate that Job Training and Reward have a significant impact on Work Achievement individually, while Job Discipline is influential but not significant. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect Work Achievement. The study concludes that Job Training and Reward are crucial for enhancing Work Achievement, while Job Discipline does not make a significant individual contribution. The implication is the importance of focusing on improving Job Training programs and Reward systems to boost Work Achievement.
