Abstract

This study aims to analyze Generation Z’s perception of digital banking services and their role in supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Kalimantan. Using a descriptive quantitative approach with 1,311 respondents, the results show that most Generation Z respondents have positive perceptions of the ease of use (81.77%) and security (64.84%) of digital banking services. The most frequently used features are fund transfers (41.17%) and mobile data purchases (29.90%), which enhance MSME operational efficiency. However, challenges remain regarding unstable internet access (41.34%) and data security concerns (28.68%). These findings reinforce the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), emphasizing that perceived ease of use and perceived security influence the adoption of financial technology. Digital banking thus holds strategic potential to strengthen financial inclusion and promote sustainable regional economic growth.
