Jambura Fish Processing Journal (JFP) with ISSN register number (printed) 2655-3465 and ISSN number (electronic) of 2720-8826 published original articles relevant to various topics, including: Thermal Fish Processing, Fish Product Diversification, Fish and Sea Products, Frozen Fish Technology, Sanitation and Hygine Handling Process, Postharvest Handling, Chemical Analysis of Fish and Marine Products, Fisheries Biotechnology, Microbiology of Fishery Products, Fish Processing Equipment, HACCP Conception for the Fishing Industry. This journal is published twice yearly, in January and July by Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, and is managed by Department of Fisheries Product Technology, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences.
