Pengaruh Pemberian Pakan Alami Berbeda terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Manggabai

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of different natural feeds on the growth and survival of mangobai fish (Glossogobius giuris). The method used in this study was an experimental method with 4 treatments and 3 replications of 120 Manggabai fish with natural feeding treatment: Treatment A (Daphnia magna), B (Tubifex), C (Moina), D (Control). The research container used was 12 aquariums, each filled with 10 mangobai fish seeds and maintenance was carried out for 14 days. Experiments using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Further tests were carried out with the Least Significant Difference Test (BNT) with a confidence level of 99%. The results obtained indicate that each treatment has a significant effect. The highest hatchability was found in treatment B using Tubifex sp feed at 3.68 cm and 8.8 g, followed by treatment A using Daphnia magna feed at 3.08 cm and 6.9 g, then treatment C using Moina feed. sp of 2.9 cm and 5.5 g and the lowest was found in treatment D (control) with treatment without being given natural feed with an amount of 1.8 cm and 3.6 g. The highest survival rate of Manggabai fish was found in treatment B using Tubifex sp feed of 36.67% and the survival rate with the lowest percentage was found in treatment D (control), which was 13.33%.
