Jambura Law Review is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, Indonesia. This journal focus and scope are directed toward serving as a global academic forum for developing scholarly discourse on contemporary legal issues emerging within ASEAN and global contexts. JALREV publishes both normative and empirical legal research that explores a wide range of legal challenges faced by individuals, business actors, and society, while also addressing current and strategic legal issues developing at both national and international levels. Through this approach, JALREV seeks to present comprehensive, relevant, and responsive legal scholarship that reflects the dynamics of modern legal development and the evolving needs of the global community.

Migration to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3 |

Dear Authors and Contributors, We are pleased to inform you that Jambura Law Review is currently undergoing a system upgrade by migrating our journal management platform to Open Journal Systems (OJS) version 3.
