Abstract

Technological changes that occur at this time, have become the norm in every organization, including cooperatives. These changes can create a need to understand how these technologies can affect organizational competencies. The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate how the Waskita Andayani employee cooperative in Surabaya's financial performance is affected by the deployment of the Entrepreneurial Resource Planning (ERP) system and Human Resource (HR) capabilities. The quantitative method is used as a method of research using primary data, which is obtained directly to employees and members of cooperatives using survey research. This study involved 71 members of the Waskita Karya cooperative as the sample. Data analysis was conducted using a partial test (T statistical test). The findings indicate that Human Resource (HR) competence partially influences the financial performance of the cooperative, and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system also partially affects the cooperative's financial performance. The combination of HR expertise and the ERP system minimizes work errors and enhances the speed of responding to customer orders.
