KONFIRGURASI RUANG VILLA DI ROYAL PITA MAHA RESORT
Abstract
This study aims to identify spatial configuration patterns in villa units at Royal Pita Maha Resort, Ubud, Bali, utilizing the Justified Graph (J-Graph) spatial analysis method to measure connectivity and integrity levels between spaces. The results indicate that the bedroom and swimming pool area consistently serve as the core of the spatial system with the highest connectivity and integrity values, signifying greater accessibility compared to other spaces. Furthermore, a consistent spatial relationship pattern was found across all villa types, characterized by a linear circulation sequence between outdoor space, terrace, and bedroom, as well as strong functional proximity between the bedroom, bathroom, and swimming pool area. These findings confirm a fundamental spatial structure maintained to ensure guest comfort, privacy, and visual orientation toward the natural beauty surrounding the resort.
