Jambura Geo Education Journal (E-ISSN 2721-7019, P ISSN 2721-7000 ). is a peer-reviewed journal published by Geography Education Study Program, FMIPA, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Geography Education Study Program provides open access to the principle that research published in this journal is freely available to the public to support the exchange of knowledge globally. JGEJ published two issue articles per year namely March and September. JGEJ provides a place for academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish scientific articles. Each text sent to the JGEJ editor is reviewed by peer review. Starting from Vol. 1 No. 1 (March, 2020), all manuscripts sent to the Jambura Geo Education Journal editor are accepted in  English. The scope of the articles listed in this journal relates to various topics, including:

1. Geography Education (Classroom Action Research of Geography Studies, Development of Geography Learning Model, Development of Geography Learning Method, Studies of Geography Learning Content, Studies of Geography, Education Policy)


2. Human geography (Demography discusses the human population, Migration discusses the movement of people from one place to another, Urbanization deals with the growth and development of cities, social structure, and changes in urban environments, Social structure in society, Environment and Development discusses the impact of human activities on the environment, Urban and Regional Planning focuses on city planning and development, Cultural Geography explores human culture, Human Settlements discusses the location and patterns of human settlement, Population and Land Use. Disaster mitigation discusses efforts to reduce the negative impacts of natural disasters.

This journal is available in print and online and highly respects the ethics of publication and avoids all types of plagiarism.
