To improve the quality, consistency, transparency, and international visibility of published manuscripts, Jambura Journal of
Educational Chemistry (JJEC) will implement new manuscript templates starting from Volume 9 Issue 1 (February 2027).

The new templates have been developed to provide clearer writing instructions and to accommodate different types of scholarly manuscripts. JJEC now provides separate templates for:

• Research Article — for original empiricalresearch, including quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods, experimental, and other relevant research designs.
  
• Review Article — for literature-based studies, including Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs). The template provides specific guidance on review objectives, research questions, search strategies, eligibility criteria, study selection, data extraction, quality assessment, data synthesis, and transparent reporting.

Authors are required to use the manuscript template that corresponds to the type of article submitted. Manuscripts that do not follow the applicable template and formatting requirements may be returned to the authors for revision before entering the peer-review process.

Authors submitting a Systematic Literature Review are encouraged to follow internationally recognized reporting standards, including the PRISMA 2020 guidelines, and to provide a transparent and reproducible description of the review process.

To ensure transparency and support the high-quality publication of our journal, JJEC is implementing a New Policy on Article Processing Charges (APC), effective immediately.

• Article Publication Fee: 750,000.00 (IDR)

The APC is only applicable after your manuscript has been reviewed, accepted, and deemed ready for publication. This fee covers editorial and production services.
