ANALISA KELAYAKAN PABRIK PT. TRITIS GORONTALO DALAM MEMPRODUKSI TEPUNG KELAPA
In starting a work either manufacture or service, an analysis of the whole description for the future success is needed in the beginning step. That description is the analysis called feasibility study. This research is aimed to analyze the feasibility of the coconut flour company at PT. Tritis Gorontalo that has been established by noticing 5 aspects of marketing, technique, financial, management and organization also the aspect of economy and environment. The analysis findings gained showed that the market share for the capacity planning of the company production 4000 kg/4 ton/day is not sufficient to fuUilI the supply demand that it is increased to 5400/kg/5,4 ton/day. The machines used with the capacity of 9 ton/day, which enable the production capacity increase. The company location is strategic and fulfills the layout/master plant of Gorontalo regency. There should be cooperation with the private agents to support the company\'s efficiency and affectivity that the local government burden in the company operational is decreased.
